Delete your DoughLab account

You can permanently delete your DoughLab account and the personal data associated with it from the MyDoughLab website.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

After deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to sign in or recover your DoughLab recipes, bake history, or photos.

How to delete your account

Sign in with the email address and password associated with your DoughLab account.
Open Personal Data under your account settings.
Select Delete and confirm that you want to permanently remove the account.

You will be asked to sign in before the account-deletion controls are displayed.

Data deleted with your account

Deleting your DoughLab account is intended to permanently remove:

Your account profile and sign-in information.
Your saved recipes and recipe notes.
Your bake history, ratings, and bake notes.
Your uploaded recipe or bake photos.
Your saved DoughLab preferences.

Limited retention

Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle. DoughLab may also retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may be retained.

Do not include your password in an email.
